We are looking for someone to join our Product Development team. You would work in a team environment to design, test, and improve the different product lines produced by PMCo.  

Job Functions
*Proficient in testing the different product lines 
*Proficient with variety of test equipment
*Have working knowledge of JDE
*Assimilate, interpret, and plot data gathered from test 
*Suggest and implement design improvements
*Identify possible problems and offer solutions 
*Possible international travel in order to perform service and startup of various products
*Help introduce new projects into manufacturing, along with training and work instructions
*Responsible for safety meetings and keeping department updated with company safety policies
*Contact vendors as required
*Provide technical support for Sales, Manufacturing, QA, Service, and Customers
*All other duties as assigned  


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 
*In depth knowledge of refrigeration systems and testing.   
*Ability to work in a team environment to complete specified goals.  
*Prefer additional skills and experience in electrical, welding, grinding, gas brazing.
*Person may travel 10% of the year including international
  
Education 
*BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

The Logistics Manager has the responsibility to manage all aspects assigned projects to ensure performance to contract specifications, meet or exceed the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet or exceed financial goals.  Responsibilities include communicating needed actions to customers, sales, credit, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and any other Paul Mueller Company department necessary to accomplish the primary responsibilities.
Coordination of shipping and receiving of parts and finished goods between our Springfield plant and Osceola plant as well as customer shipments. Primary location will be in our Osceola plant.  

Essential Job Functions
● Communicate with the customer during all phases of the project keeping the customer informed of the project's progression.
● Develop and maintain a thorough communication log externally and internally.
● Review orders with regard to what was sold and detail job costs for order entry.
● Maintain action item lists as necessary until all issues are resolved.
● Work with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, and Manufacturing to communicate and resolve conflicts through established channels the schedule commitment of each phase necessary.
● Communicate and resolve through established channels BOMs, design engineering, customer approval, final engineering, manufacturing, testing, shipping, contract billing, and project payment receipts.
● Ensure project costs and schedule changes are communicated and implemented.
● Work with accounting to insure all payment terms of the project are up to date.
● Report known NRV projects to the General Manager as soon as possible.
● Develop and provide project profitability reports to the team upon project completion.
● Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
● Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position

Education and Experience
● BS degree in engineering, business, logistics or related technical field.
● Experience with production environment a must.

We are currently looking for a Product Development Supervisor.  This position is responsible for all lab activities, managing assigned projects, and directing the Technicians.

Essential Job Functions
● Assign and manage multiple projects
● Be able to train personnel 
● Proficient with variety of test equipment 
● Have working knowledge of JDE
● Approve time for hourly employees
● Assimilate, interpret, and plot data gathered from test
● Work with the DFE Engineering Manager to implement new products and design improvements
● Develop costs for Product Development Proposals
● Assist the Technicians to identify possible problems and offer solutions 
● Travel in order to perform service and startup of various products on a limited basis 
● Help introduce new projects into manufacturing, along with training
● Responsible for Lab safety and keeping department updated with company safety policies
● Provide technical support for Sales, Manufacturing, QA, Service, and Customers
● All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 
● Ability to work in a team environment to complete specified goals
● Person may travel 10% of the year including international
● Person must possess high degree of initiative and be capable of developing a thorough understanding of how Paul Mueller Company products are designed and operated
● Person must be able to apply engineering principles to support in-depth troubleshooting, design & test programs
● Strong communication skills  


Education and Experience
● BS/Associate Degree in refrigeration, or equivalent experience
● 7 or more years of practical experience in testing of PMC product
● Prefer experience in refrigeration systems, electrical, welding, grinding, gas brazing and machine work
